Treatments. Clients are advised to consult with their doctor in the case of illness. Medical approval may be required in such cases. JK Holistics are committed to providing services that will relax and benefit all clients. JK Holistics reserve the right to make improvements and changes to services and these changes will be reflected on the website and other material where appropriate. In order to maintain peace and harmony, mobile phones must be turned off prior to arriving. Minors 16 years and under must provide parent or legal guardian's written permission, unless accompanied by parent or guardian.

Valuables. No responsibility will be accepted by JK Holistics for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the property. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they be covered by your own insurance for the period of your treatment. JK Holistics will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our clients and their belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of JK Holistics, its employees or agents.

Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the premises, including the treatment rooms.

Prices. Prices on our website are correct at the time of entry and are subject to change without prior notice.

Packages. In the event of a discontinued location, package or price increase, the intrinsic value of the Gift Voucher or prepaid reservation will be credited towards other packages featured only on www.jkholistics.co.uk or www.jkholistics.com.

Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers must be mentioned at time of booking and presented to the JK Holistics therapist before you commence your treatment. Non presentation of a Gift Voucher will result in a full charge until the voucher is presented. If full or part payment for your visit is by a Gift Voucher this will become void if you fail to arrive. Cash refunds cannot be made against a voucher. JK Holistics will hold the balance of the value of the voucher for your future use. Gift Vouchers can only be used as payment for JK Holistics related services. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a lost Gift Voucher, JK Holistics will send the client a covering letter confirming the purchase. No replacement vouchers will be issued. JK Holistics will handle the booking upon arrival after receiving the covering letter.

Special Offers. Current Offer(s): You have until February 26th 2010 to email your answer to info@jkholistics.co.uk.  The first correct answer chosen randomly will be notified by Jodi.  Treatment to be taken before 26th April.

Late Policy. Session times listed are for the actual length of the massage, with a reasonable amount of additional time to get changed etc.  Clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee and the appointment will end at the allocated time.  The best use of the remaining time will be applied.

Cancellation. A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required, otherwise the full treatment cost will be charged.
